How responses are handled
This open, voluntary survey is sponsored and administered by the Jacob Kyser campaign for West Manatee Fire Rescue District Commission. Participation has no effect on your voter registration or ballot. No invitation code or sign-in is required.
What is collected
The survey stores the answers you submit, a random submission identifier, a submission time, the questionnaire version, and the order in which candidates appeared. We do not ask for your name, address, email, phone number, or date of birth. Please do not include personal information in the optional written answer.
Who can see the responses
The campaign owner can view and download individual responses and summary totals through a protected dashboard. Results are not publicly displayed by this site. The survey does not attach your ChatGPT profile to your answers. Avoid identifying details in written answers; complete anonymity is not guaranteed.
Your choices
You may skip any opinion question or close the page before submission. Eligibility and voluntary participation are required to submit. Draft answers remain in the open page and are not sent to the survey database before you select “Submit responses.”
Browser storage
A random submission identifier is stored for the current browser tab when available. This helps prevent duplicate responses from a retry or page reload; it does not verify your identity or guarantee one response per person. Please participate only once.
Storage and use
Responses are stored for campaign survey analysis. No automatic deletion schedule is currently configured. The survey does not include advertising trackers or request permission to contact you. The hosting service may process ordinary technical request information under its own policies.
Earlier invitation survey
Records from the earlier invitation-based version, if any, are retained separately. Those records may include an invitation hash linked to the submission. The open survey does not use invitation codes.
